30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original condition, and return shipping is your responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email shopalignpostures@gmail.com with your order number and photos or video showing the issue so we can review and resolve it. You will not be responsible for return postage for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item case.

Contact us before returning an item

Do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return address and instructions after reviewing and approving your request.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval and, when a physical return is required, after the returned item is received and verified. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear after the refund is issued.
