Shopping with AlignPostures

These terms explain shopping with AlignPostures through our Shopify-powered store. Contact shopalignpostures@gmail.com with questions about an order or these terms.

Product information and use

AlignPosture ONE™ Smart Posture Trainer is a posture-awareness device with vibration reminders. Follow the included instructions. It is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, or cure a medical condition. Stop using the device if it causes discomfort.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. AlignPosture ONE™ is $39.99 with free standard U.S. shipping. Any applicable taxes and the final order total are shown at checkout before you submit payment. Check your items, contact information, and delivery address before placing an order.

Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. Changes depend on whether fulfillment has already begun; we cannot guarantee that a dispatched order can be changed or canceled. If a cancellation is approved, any refund is issued to the original payment method.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner. Refer to our shipping information for delivery details, and contact us with questions about shipping to your address. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unused and in their original condition; the customer pays return shipping. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos or video. The customer does not pay return postage for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item case.

Do not return an item before receiving approval and the correct instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval and, if a physical return is required, after receipt and verification. Funds may take 5–10 business days to appear after issuance. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Privacy and safe use of the store

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Do not use the store for fraudulent or unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, or send payment-card details through our contact form or support email.

Your rights

These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms for future purchases; the terms applicable when you placed an order govern that order.
